Farm Birthday Parties
Want a true hassle free birthday experience? That is our specialty! Our birthday packages include interactions with all of our beautiful farm animals, and of course HORSE RIDES!
One of the many advantages to booking your party with The Farm Experience is that you will have the entire property to yourself and your guests. We never have more than one tour or event going on at the same time. This assures that you can take advantage of all of our amenities without concern.
Birthday Party Packages & Pricing:
- Greenhorn Package: Up to 20 Guests – $450
- Ranch Hand Package: 21-30 Guests – $600
- Farmer Package: 31-40 Guests – $750
- Adults AND children must be included in guest total
- If the number of people at the party exceeds the package booked the credit card on file will be automatically charged for the corresponding package size based on the number of people in your group. (see above for package breakdown and pricing)
- If your group exceeds the allocated time without written approval you will be charged $70 per 30 minutes (rounded up to the next 30 minutes)
What your Package Includes:
- 2 hour party (Additional time may be purchased in advance at $50 per 30 min)
- host may arrive 20 minutes early to bring food and drinks
- If you are serving food and cake, we will do this before the animal interactions.
- Interactions with all the animals
- Tables for food and gifts
- Tables, chairs, tablecloths and decorations
- Disposable plates, silverware, napkins & 1 bag of ice (10 lb)
What you need to bring:
- Food (in our experience finger foods are the best)
- Drinks (we recommend individually packaged drinks as we do not provide cups)
- Sunscreen
- Closed toe shoes
- Farm appropriate Attire
